The Assistant Manager plays a central role in daily operations and acts as the right hand of the manager. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to quickly advance in management while remaining very present on the ground.

This role is particularly well-suited for profiles from fast food, retail, high-volume services, or any structured and customer-oriented operational environment.

Your daily role

Support the manager in coordinating the daily activities of the site.
Supervise the ground team during shifts and ensure an active presence on the floor.
Ensure compliance with procedures, service standards, and health and safety rules.
Intervene in operational situations or customer concerns.
Participate in the onboarding, support, and development of employees.
Contribute to tracking sales, inventory, and operational performance.
Collaborate on the general maintenance of the site and the proper functioning of equipment.
Be a proximity leader, solution-oriented and focused on continuous improvement.

The desired profile

Experience in supervision in a fast-paced and structured environment, where operational discipline and service quality are essential.

Comfortable with ground work, variable hours, and managing rotating teams.
