Are you passionate about managing digital projects and want to contribute to improving services for citizens? We are looking for a Project Manager to represent the digital business needs of our citizens and coordinate innovative initiatives that will have a direct impact on their daily lives. You will be responsible for leading and executing the associated projects, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring accountability, meeting deadlines, managing budgets, and achieving the expected ROI.

The challenges that await you

Your role is to understand, analyze, and document the business requirements of user services for the implementation of digital business solutions, as well as to identify, define, analyze, and document the needs that underlie the projects under your responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects comply with the business requirements for the implementation of digital solutions and for the development of related processes. You will coordinate and lead efforts and activities on the client side and supervise the activities of various service representatives and business stakeholders.

You will focus on the benefits that the project must bring to the services of the various municipal departments. As part of the Agile project management, you will be the interface between the development and implementation team of the tool and the client services. Your role will be to ensure that the solution meets the needs expressed by these services and to provide explanations regarding the functionalities offered by the tool.

Finally, you will need to develop a communication network and maintain constant relationships with the various stakeholders in the city’s services and offices. The development of business solutions will primarily be carried out with external resources of the city. Therefore, you will need to ensure effective collaboration with them.

The ideal profile for us
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or any other relevant training;
  • Have 10 years of relevant experience;
  • Have knowledge in CRM or ESM (Enterprise Service Management) implementation, which is an asset.
  • Have experience in project management implementation as well as in process analysis and implementation, which is an asset;
  • Hold a PMP certification, which is an asset.
